A simple, vivid reading grid to understand how you work, without boxing you in. The lightest entry point into the Wellness Paladins profiling world.
It sounds like the French word for "very", but with a 3 in the middle. A nod to the three fundamental keys we explore together, and to the idea of getting to the point quickly to go far in self-understanding.
With just three concrete keys, we decode what drives you, so you can fully reveal your light.
The reading grid
Deliberately simple on the surface. What unfolds in depth happens during the session.
The Centre
Where your energy starts, your very first reflex when facing a situation.
The Instinct
Where your priority goes under pressure, what matters most to you day to day.
The Gemme
Which attitude colours your relationship to others, your way of connecting.
How it works
1.5-hour interview
We first explore the three keys that make you up, Centre, Instinct, Gemme. Then some time is set aside to clarify the goal that brought you here, professional, personal, athletic. It may well evolve as the conversation unfolds.
Follow-up session, 30 minutes
You receive your TR3S Card (digital format) and we revisit your refined goal, in light of your profile, your natural talents, your blind spots, and concrete next steps.
TR3S is the method behind the player cards of the LINEAL 1v1 basketball league.
A preview
An example, with a fictional profile, to give you an idea of what you'll take home, in digital format.
For illustration purposes only, fictional profile
Your Gemme, your Centre, your Instinct, set against the goal you came to explore. Not a box you're placed in, but a reading that illuminates what drives you and how to use it.
The card stays with you after the session, a concrete reminder of what was brought to light together.
